maQara Colombo is an American Fusion inspired cuisine brand.  This concept was developed by Micheline Star Chef Bjorn Vanderhorst to be in every mall, airport and customer dense areas. It is a sustainable brand with a quick service mindset.

Our flagship outlet is situated in the heart of Colombo to service an exclusive clientele that is mainly the corporate sector of Sri Lanka.
